Exchange Policy We currently offer exchanges only — no refunds. We want you to love what you wear, and we're here to make that happen!
Exchange Window Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery. Requests made after this window will not be accepted, so please check your order as soon as it arrives.
Eligibility Conditions To be eligible for an exchange, your item must:
- Be in its original condition — unworn and unwashed
- Have all original tags intact
- Be accompanied by your order details
Mandatory Unboxing Video We require a live unboxing/opening video at the time of receiving your package. This is mandatory to process any exchange request. Without a valid unboxing video, we will be unable to proceed with the exchange.
Please ensure you record the video from the moment you open the package, without any cuts or pauses.
Shipping Charges for Exchange
