  • Haida the Label is a women's clothing brand based in India, shipping worldwide.

Products & Orders

  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
  • Product colours may slightly vary due to photography lighting and screen display settings.
  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
  • Haida the Label reserves the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Pricing & Payments

  • All prices on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • For international orders, additional customs duties & taxes may apply as per your country's regulations. These are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • We accept secure online payments through our payment gateway. Haida the Label does not store any payment information.

Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 7–14 business days depending on location.
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
  • Haida the Label is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges only — no refunds.
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery with a valid unboxing video.
  • Items must have original tags intact and be in unworn, unwashed condition.
  • Sale & discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

 Unboxing Video Policy A live unboxing video is mandatory to raise any exchange or dispute request. Without a valid unboxing video, Haida the Label reserves the right to reject the request.

 Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website including images, logos, designs, and text is the exclusive property of Haida the Label.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content from our website without prior written permission.

 Limitation of Liability Haida the Label shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
